Upon completion of your project, you will receive an email notification with instructions to access your brand package. All digital assets are delivered in industry-standard formats, optimized for both print and digital applications.
We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver comprehensive brand packages within 48 hours of project confirmation. This timeframe applies to our standard packages (BASIC and ELITE). For our VIP PRIVATE package, which includes more extensive customization and consultation, the delivery timeline will be discussed and agreed upon during your initial consultation.

Due to the custom nature of our services and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, our packages are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise:
If you cancel your order before we begin work on your project, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
If you cancel during the development phase, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed.

In the rare event that we fail to deliver your brand package within the agreed timeframe or if the deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in your package, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Yes, each package includes a specific number of revision rounds as detailed in our Revision Policy. BASIC includes one round of minor revisions, ELITE includes two rounds (one major, one minor), and VIP PRIVATE includes unlimited revisions within 30 days plus ongoing support.
